Julie Hinzmann is a multi-media artist based in Richmond Virginia. Since receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the College for Creative Studies, Detroit Michigan in 2006, she has worked as a Graphic Designer and Exhibits Designer for the Detroit Science Center as well as starting her own brand of handmade wearables and accessories called Local Meander.
